Understand Your Path!

TODAY'sQUOTES
"A successful life is one that is lived through understanding and pursuing one's own path, not chasing after the dreams of others."

Chin-Ning Chu, was a Chinese American business consultant, and a bestselling business management author in Asia.

"Part of the issue of achievement is to be able to set realistic goals, but that's one of the hardest things to do because you don't always know exactly where you're going, and you shouldn't."

George Lucas, the force is strong with him.

"I'm convinced that we can write and live our own scripts more than most people will acknowledge. I also know the price that must be paid. It's a real struggle to do it. It requires visualization and affirmation. It involves living a life of integrity, starting with making and keeping promises, until the whole human personality the senses, the thinking, the feeling, and the intuition are ultimately integrated and harmonized."
-Stephen Covey
, best-selling author & speaker.
MASTINSAYS
There's a special life waiting for you, out beyond the boundaries of your fear.

No one can tell you how to get there, 'cause no one's ever been there before. Your only job is to listen to your heart, feel the fear of its call and step toward it in every moment.

Moment by moment, day by day, and year by year, your life will expand ever so subtly.

Listen not to what other people say because they are in search of other places. Be still and listen to the silent nodding within yourself that knows the way.

If you think what you're heart is telling you is absurd, you'll see when Death calls, the only absurd thing is to have heard and done nothing at all.
TOMMYSAYS
Today, instead of affirmations I am bringing you a weekly column called "Tommy Says". Who is Tommy? Tommy is short for Tommy Rosen.

Who is Tommy Rosen? He is one of my best friends and also has become a great mentor of mine. Just being around Tommy I am happier. His influence on my life has been tremendous and I want to bring his wisdom to you. Tommy is an addiction expert, transformational coach, yoga teacher and blogger for The Huffington Post.

I hope his words help you as they have me.

Love, Mastin

Tommy Says:

In order to accomplish any goal it takes Desire, Direction and Discipline.  If you have trouble reaching your goal ask yourself if you have the necessary direction.  If you do not, then seek the teacher to guide you on your way.  If you have proper direction, but lack the discipline to implement it, then create a system to develop the necessary discipline or find "enforcement" from kindred spirits who wish to help you.  If you have both good direction and discipline, but you still have difficulty reaching your goal, then become very still and quiet for a few minutes and ask yourself the following question...What can I do to better understand the intention of the Universe and to align myself with that intention?  In this way, there can never be failure.
