Bring Out the New Self!

TODAY'sQUOTES
"You desire to know the art of living, my friend? It is contained in one phrase: make use of suffering."

- Henri Frederic Amiel, was a Swiss philosopher, poet and critic.

"The strongest oak of the forest is not the one that is protected from the storm and hidden from the sun. It's the one that stands in the open where it is compelled to struggle for its existence against the winds and rains and the scorching sun.

- Napoleon Hill, author.

"People are like stained-glass windows.  They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within."

- Elizabeth Kubler-Ross, was a Swiss-born psychiatrist, a pioneer in Near-death studies and author.

Mastin KippPart of living a life that is directed by your inner wisdom & aimed toward your Highest Potential is realizing that not everyone is going to be supportive.

When you make new choices that are in alignment with a greater purpose than you have been living resistance is inevitable.

People that love you may not support your decision because they think that it's reckless, selfish or too dangerous. Other people may be jealous and try to keep you from seeing your own Light.

All of this is totally normal and to be expected on your journey.

My advice: Love them and pay NO attention. Everyone seems to think they know what's best for you, but the truth is no one knows what's better for you than you.

Live a Self Approved life and get ready for people not to like it. The flip side is that you can get excited about the new and supportive people who will flood into your life once you decide to change.

Change is a part of the journey. Let go of the old, embrace the new, know that people will think you're crazy. But in the end, the only crazy people are those who don't have what it takes to follow their dreams. Let them, but not you, be the ones who die wondering "What if?".
